Additional Information
The University of Bristol offers a wide range of three-year BSc and four-year MSci programmes. Flexibility is key, with transfer between the BSc and MSci programmes allowed up until the end of the second year. The first year of the Single Honours Physics programme consists of two or three compulsory mathematics and physics units plus one to three units available in the University Open Unit catalogue. Typical choices include: languages, chemistry, astronomy, philosophy, mathematics and environmental/geographical sciences. For Joint Honours programmes, transfer to Single Honours programmes is permitted at the end of the first year. In the second and later years, a diverse range of optional units in physics and related programmes is available.
