 Additional information
A degree in Physics from Edinburgh will equip you with valuable skills in problem solving, critical thinking, presentation, communication, and a high degree of computer literacy. Graduates with a Physics based degree are sought after by employers and have access to working in a number of industries, such as computing, finance, media, management and marketing. Former Edinburgh Physics students have taken careers as design engineers, meteorologists, web designers and IT consultants. Alternatively, you might choose to go on to further study in a specialist field. About half the recent graduates have become professional scientists in various disciplines.
