The Foundation programme in Natural Sciences (FNS) is suitable for a wide range of students, including.

  • Mature students who have been out of formal education for some time or do not have the recognised academic qualifications for entry into level one of a Science degree programme 
  • Students with non-science backgrounds, who wish to change direction into a more science based degree
  • Students who are disappointed with their A Level performance in Science, but still wish to pursue a science based course
