Additional information
The Foundation Year is designed to take students through the A-level syllabus in both maths and physics. If an overall pass is achieved at the end of the year, then progress into the first year of any of the degree programmes we offer in the department is automatic.
The course is taught through a combination of lectures, example classes/tutorials, laboratory work, workshops and private study.
